Principal
I am the founder and the principal of Nicholas Eddy & Company.
I was admitted as a Lawyer in 1974 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from the University of NSW and a Bachelor's Degree in Laws from Sydney University. I am licensed to and have handled court proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Courts.
I have strong ties to the community having lived in Woollahra all my life. I went to school at Woollahra Public School and Paddington Public School which was then called Paddington Junior Technical College and then at Vaucluse Boys High school and subsequently went to the Univerity of NSW and Sydney University.
I am also active in the community and have spoken on request at Paddinton RSL Club to a large group of people called "Spirituality in the Pub" about legal matters for them. I was also on the commitee of the Queen Street West Woollahra Association. I am also involved in a number of charities , fund raisers and foundations.
Having more than 50 years experience as lawyer, I pride myself of having a thorough knowledge of the community in which I practise as well as a wide knowledge and extensive experience in different areas of law.
